Float Level Transmitter

The FQL series float level transmitter (Magnetostrictive level meter) consists of a measuring tube, float, reed switches, and other key components. Multiple reed switches are installed inside the sensor. As the magnet-equipped float moves up and down with the liquid level, it activates reed switches at different positions, causing changes in the output resistance and generating a level signal.It is widely used in industries such as oil refining, chemical processing, paper making, food production, and wastewater treatment. It is suitable for open or closed tanks, as well as underground tanks, enabling level display, alarm, and control in control rooms. The measured media can include water, oil, acids, alkalis, and industrial wastewater, whether conductive or non-conductive.
