YK-FR Multi-Hole Orifice Plate (also known as a Balanced Flowmeter) is a new type of differential pressure flow sensing device developed in accordance with GB2624 standards, based on the standard orifice plate and flow conditioner. It is designed to deliver excellent performance while requiring minimal upstream and downstream straight pipe lengths. YK-FR Multi-Hole Orifice Plate significantly improves traditional throttling devices by providing flow field conditioning and balancing capabilities. Conventional throttling devices use a single orifice, which disrupts the ideal flow profile after throttling. In contrast, the balanced flowmeter features multiple flow passages that optimize and stabilize the flow profile toward an ideal condition. Therefore, it is also known as a balanced or conditioning-type flowmeter, maximizing the advantages of differential pressure flow measurement. It is suitable for flow measurement of nearly all types of fluids.
