YK-A6015
Low Differential Pressure Transmitter
YK-A6015 Low Differential Pressure Transmitter is a capacitive transmitter based on the differential capacitance sensing principle. It measures input pressure in the range of -0.1 to 1 kPa and provides a standard 4–20 mA analog output signal. Measured Media: liquids, gases, and steam. The micro differential pressure transmitter (DR) is designed for measuring minute pressure differences in industrial applications such as oil pipelines, hydropower, rail transport, smart buildings, and aerospace, and is also widely used in HVAC systems, cleanrooms, wastewater treatment, and building automation; it operates by applying process pressure to a sensor diaphragm, causing a tiny displacement that alters resistance, which is then converted via electronic circuitry into standard outputs like 4–20 mA or 0–5 V; with a range of ±50 Pa to 100 kPa, ±0.5% FS accuracy, 24 V DC power supply, overpressure tolerance up to 3× full scale, operating temperature of –20 °C to 85 °C, IP65 protection, variable capacitance sensing technology, optional LCD display, wetted parts made of 316 stainless steel or Hastelloy, and support for HART and RS485 communication, it requires horizontal mounting and periodic calibration for reliable differential pressure monitoring of liquids, gases, and steam.
