Float Level Switch

Lever-arm float level switches operate via magnetic coupling without mechanical linkages, ensuring simple and reliable operation: as the float rises or falls with the liquid level, a magnet inside the float actuates a reed switch mounted within a sealed metal or plastic tube; multiple reed switches can be positioned along the tube, and hollow floats containing annular magnets move vertically within the tube (guided by fixed rings), attracting the reed contacts to open or close circuits at preset levels—ideal for point-level detection in various industrial tanks.
