Single Flange Pressure Transmitter

The single-flange pressure transmitter is an industrial instrument mounted via a flange connection, utilizing a diffused silicon or high-performance silicon pressure sensing element to capture pressure signals, which are then converted by dedicated circuitry into standard electrical outputs. Constructed primarily from 304/316L stainless steel with full-weld sealing and IP65 protection—and with some models certified for explosion-proof environments—it operates reliably in high-temperature and corrosive media. With a range from –100 kPa to 10 MPa and accuracy up to ±0.2%, it supports multiple outputs including 4–20 mA and HART protocol, and is widely used for pressure, differential pressure, and level measurement in petrochemical, power, metallurgy, and municipal wastewater treatment applications.
