Vibration-resistant pressure gauges operate on principles of elastic deformation and fluid damping: process pressure entering the gauge deforms an elastic element (e.g., Bourdon tube or diaphragm), and this deformation is mechanically amplified to move a pointer across a dial; in vibrating environments, the gauge case is filled with a high-viscosity damping fluid that absorbs kinetic energy, suppresses pointer oscillation caused by mechanical shock or pressure pulsation, and ensures the pointer moves smoothly and stably to indicate the true pressure value, thereby maintaining readability and measurement accuracy under dynamic conditions.
